It's Upper Body Day


You'll draw on your personal transformation experience to drive the success of new 10-Week students.

You're an integral part of driving the achievements of our students, drawing on the personal transformation you experienced. As a coach, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating students
  • Teaching new 10-Week students during their regular class time
  • Having a dedication to helping others
  • Putting in the time needed to ensure the achievements of your students
  • Staying in contact with your students through email, social media, and other channels

All coaches should be a FIT member and go to at least three classes per week.
